Attorney Antoinette “Toni” Peck has joined the firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt P.A. as an associate in the divorce, marital and family law department.

Prior to joining the firm, Peck owned and operated a solo law practice in LaBelle for nine years, focusing on marital and family law and other general litigation. Peck handles all aspects of marital and family law, including adoptions, divorce, dependency matters, paternity and interstate jurisdictional issues, as well as unique laws pertaining to children of tribal nations.

Peck is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Minnesota. Peck is also a director of the Caloosa Humane Society Inc.’s board of directors. She was among the first to participate in the inaugural class of the Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy and previously served on the Florida Bar Annual Convention Committee. Peck has also been honored by Florida Rural Legal Services with its outstanding pro bono service award.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.
